The surveyor will pay particular attention to those areas during the inspection and comment on them within the report where appropriate. You will also have the opportunity to discuss any specific concerns directly with the surveyor during the post-survey call.
Surveyors carry out a visual inspection of accessible services but do not undertake specialist testing of electrical, gas, plumbing or heating systems. If any concerns are identified, the surveyor may recommend further investigation by a suitably qualified specialist.
